Fierce and humble is not an oxymoron when it comes to Jai. He is a formidable engineering leader managing a team of over 100 engineers as the Head of Engineering at WorldRemit (a unicorn fintech startup) in his last role. Precise in his execution, bold in his ambition, Jai is a true technologist at heart. He knows how to chart a path from island A to continent B in the misty unknown ocean that is the startup life and he is the man who can turn a ship into a rocket if our destination changes to moon mid-voyage. When he is not tinkering with code or technology, gardening is his fun!
