Founders

Max is the co-founder of Hoxton Farms. Max has two degrees from Cambridge in biotechnology and he spent his PhD at Oxford using genome editing to discover drugs for children's leukemia. Before founding Hoxton Farms, he worked in biotech VC as well as synthetic biology and future food startups in the UK, Europe and the US.

Ed is a mathematician with master’s degrees from Oxford and Imperial. He worked as a machine learning engineer at a fintech startup, and then became the first hire at a company solving complex mathematical problems in industries spanning genetics, finance and legal tech.
