Starting his career as an intelligence analyst in the UK government, Anthony later joined HSBC and became a Managing Director. Initially reporting to the CISO, he built predictive analytics capabilities including two data platforms and a global data analytics function with over 600 employees.

A serial entrepreneur with a deep technical background. Gary has held senior roles in many software companies including Netezza (acquired by IBM) and Greenplum (acquired by EMC) where, as part of the founding team, he secured the first fifty commercial deals and led the expansion into Asia.
